2026 Alumni Luncheon


Dear Port Byron Alumni, 

On behalf of the Port Byron Alumni Association, it is our pleasure to invite you to our Annual Meeting & luncheon to be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, 12 noon, at the Dana L West JR-SR High School. 

*Please use the back entrance to the school near the athletic fields to enter the building. 

This is our largest event of the year and is open to any graduate of PBCS. Following a social hour and luncheon, the Association will hold our Annual Member meeting which includes Student Awards, Hall of Fame Inductees and Association Business. The Port Byron Alumni Association is dedicated to reconnecting with each graduate of PBCS and encourages all graduates to become a member of the Association. The Annual dues of $8.00 allows the PBAA to reach members and provide support to students of the PBCS. 

Please reach out to alumniportbyron@gmail.com for a membership form or complete the attached. Please also consider joining the Port Byron Alumni Facebook page for up-to-date Alumni news. The Alumni Association holds fundraisers throughout the year, one of these events is the Venmo challenge held in October. The Class of 1985 is recognized as the class who raised the most funds through this event for 2025. We greatly appreciate everyone who contributed to our fundraising events.

Luncheon Information and Reservations 

Saturday, June 13, 2026 – Dana L. West Jr. Sr. High School, 30 Maple Ave. Port Byron 12-12:45 PM Reception – Meet & Greet in the High School Commons 1:00 PM – Luncheon in the High School Gymnasium Business Meeting/Presentations in the Auditorium, following lunch. Mooney’s Catering Menu: Meat tray with ham, turkey, and cheese, potato salad, tossed salad, sandwich rolls, beverages and dessert. 

***Meeting Note***We will hold a vote on a proposed change to approve the Association as a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit organization.
